Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Please also be aware that because of the nature of the business with stock continually changing, we may not be able to offer an exchange of the same item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with any tags still attached. So please be careful when trying on clothing for the first time as any items marked with makeup, lotions, fake tan, etc. will not be eligible for return or a refund.
Gift cards/vouchers are exempt from being returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within five working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund shows.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund shows.

Sale items
Items will be refunded at the price that you paid for them, not the standard selling price, so if you purchased your item in a sale, then the reduced amount will be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged; however, please be aware that, due to the constant moving stock, there may be a chance that an exact exchange may not be possible. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thehouseofeden.co.uk first, where we will confirm that this is possible; and then post your item to:

We do not offer free or pre-paid returns, so you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable for anything other than damaged/faulty items. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund for damaged/defective items only.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
When returning items, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service as otherwise, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any parcels lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund, so please keep hold of your postage receipt until the refund has occurred.
